SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sunday School meets during the morning sermon. Children meet in the church schoolroom. It is for children aged 4 to11 upwards. The group is led by a team of Sunday School teachers supported by additional helpers. Those involved have been vetted and trained in terms of government legislation regarding the safeguarding of children. The purpose of Sunday School is to help children learn Bible truths appropriate to their age. This is done using an appropriate curriculum through good structured lessons which work through the Bible. Children learn interesting facts and take part in various activities such as music, songs, arts and crafts, games, memory verses and supporting stories. Above all Sunday School is fun in a safe and friendly environment.
